The consortium was formed early 2018 by a subsidiary of the CNP Group (Groupe Frére-Bourgeois) named AOT ENERGY and COUNT ENERGY (JV entity between GST Holding and COUNT COMPANIES)

The early days

1888    

The family started their activities in civil engineering and construction of roads, water canals and bridges in the North of the Netherlands

1935

The great grandfather joined and continued the family business

1945    

Bos Construction Company executes major civil works and starts rebuilding roads and bridges after the 2nd world war

1959

25th Anniversary celebration of future great grandfather at Shell refinery in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles

1972    

The grandfather Bos acquires International Quality Control Testing & Inspections Services company specialized in Non Destructive Testing both on land and under water

1980

The grandfather develops projects worldwide with OED Overseas Engineering & Development

1996    

Current generation joins a chemicals trading company servicing printing ink and paint manufacturers (owned and operated by the family in law)

2003

A paraffin oil & specialty chemicals trading company was founded in the Netherlands


Recent develpments

2010

Acquisition of an Swiss based Industrial and fuel ethanol trading company

2014

Multi functional terminal company founded with petrochemical production, chemical warehousing, liquids and solid chemical packaging unit Oil & Chemical Tankstorage terminal with dedicated jetty  

2016  

All group indirect and direct participations are held under a privately owned holding in the Netherlands

2018

Appointment of GST for International Oil trading, shipping and refining management services. The CUREFCO consortium was created after the official invitation of the Curacao government to visit the Refinery. The consortium was formed early 2018 by a subsidiary of the CNP Group (Groupe Frére-Bourgeois) named AOT ENERGY and COUNT ENERGY (Merger entity between GST Holding and COUNT COMPANIES).

2019

Incorporation of CUREFCO Group to trade and ship petroleum products processed in refineries where processing agreements are in place. Further development of international trading of petroleum and chemical products

2020

2020 Implementation of the group structure. Tankers are chartered on time charter basis to enable sourcing and supply of the CUREFCO trades.
